🌹 Let Only (Tenant Find) – 80% of first month’s rent

Final inspection: £120

Optional / Additional Services:

Tax return for non-UK residents: £50

EPC arrangement: £75

Emergency out-of-hours call out: £100

Section 8 notice: Price on request

Fixed-term renewal: £50

Final inspection & deposit negotiation (Let Only): £120 + 10% of claim (if applicable)
