About Us

At Rose & Co Lettings, I believe letting a property is about far more than paperwork and contracts — it’s about people, trust and building lasting relationships.

There’s a little story behind the name Rose & Co too.

Rose is my daughter — and she is the inspiration behind the name. When I decided to start my own letting agency, I wanted it to be something personal; something that meant more to me than simply putting my name above a door.

Rose & Co represents family, independence and building something I can be proud of. It reflects the values I want my business to have: being genuine, approachable, caring and treating people as people, rather than simply as landlords or tenants.

With over 14 years of experience in the property industry, I bring the knowledge and professionalism you would expect from an established agent, but with a much more personal approach. I take the time to listen, understand what you need and be there throughout the entire journey.

My aim isn’t simply to be your letting agent. I want to be someone you feel comfortable coming to, confident asking questions and reassured knowing that your property is in safe hands.

Many of my clients become more like friends than customers — and that, to me, is the heart of Rose & Co Lettings.

Behind the personal service is a professional, fully compliant lettings business. All properties are managed with care and attention, with client money protection and professional oversight in place to give landlords and tenants confidence and peace of mind.

Personal service. Professional standards. And a business with a little bit of heart.
