Tenant Fees

Rose and Co Lettings does not charge tenants any fees other than those permitted under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

Permitted payments may include:

Rent, as stated in the tenancy agreement

A tenancy deposit, capped at five weeks’ rent

A holding deposit, capped at one week’s rent

Payments for changes to the tenancy, such as a variation or amendment requested by the tenant

Early termination fees, where requested by the tenant and agreed in writing

Charges for default, such as late payment of rent or replacement of lost keys, where applicable and in accordance with the legislation

No other fees will be charged to tenants.
